Our Mission

Our mission is to be “all about Jesus”. This has been the foundation of our congregation, having started in 1983 with a similar statement, “We do not have fancy pews, carpet, stained glass windows, etc… but we do have the desire to bring honor and glory to Jesus Christ”. We have since added the carpet and a worship center but the heart has remained the same. We desire to lift up the name of Jesus Christ and desire for our church and people to be all about Jesus Christ.

Life is a journey full of ups and downs, good times and difficulties, and we are not meant to walk it alone. A church is a fellowship of believers who choose to walk this path with others, to not go it alone. It is a place where you matter, where others notice when you are gone and care enough to ask. It is a place of encouragement and accountability to stay focused on the way we have chosen to live.
The church is a place learning how to love God and to love others as we would love ourselves. This is the kind of church we are striving to be. This website is a snapshot of our church community, all we are and all that we hope to be.
